You all know the ones we’re talking about. No message, no interaction at all just a straight up friend request.

Anyone else wait until they’re offline, accept friend request, have a nosey then delete?

Or is that just us?

There and to the left a bit

I don't get many but when I do they're usually from a profile that holds no interest for me anyway, so I just straight delete

We ignore ...leave them pending then they can’t resend ...if they send an instant request, they probably won’t be of interest to us anyway..

We've seen an increase in them since the new year.

Don't accept them and don't delete them as that way they can't resend

Manchester (she/her)

I click the button so the X new goes away, then leave it pending. If I'm in a bad mood I might block them.

Ignore, wait till they are off line then add peep at pics and then unfreind but be sure to tell them you weren't impressed with their pics so they know what you did.

I do that sometimes, if I've been talking to them.

Silent profiles I ignore and do a mass delete every now and then

I used to do that but can’t be arsed. Don’t even delete the requests as this stops them trying to re-friend me

Would love to know how many people just accept, surely they can’t get much success from them. Whatever floats your boat I suppose, not for us. Few face pics in our friends pics and would hate to get a a knowing wink or nod while on the school run x

I don’t bother looking at friend invites anymore, I don’t delete them either as it means that they can’t be sent again

Don't accept....save them up...then when they go offline for a while....then accept, have a gander at the pics and if they are horrid then delete or keep as applicable!! Simples

Good thinking! Never thought of that before. Although it’s like a mini victory and a slap in the face for them having a nosey at their pics without them seeing yours haha. X

Central

I'm getting an unusually high volume of them just lately. My general response is to send a wink, if they look like they may be a well matched person: except that they've done something stupid. We can all make mistakes, so I'll have a little leeway with some people.

In my happy place

Ignore them.

While it sits there they are held in limbo.

They cannot send another
