I went to varadero nearly 18 years ago with friends, loved it then as it wasn’t as commercialised as most of the other Caribbean islands, would love to go back one day |

It's a great place for simplicity - if you want to unwide, enjoy the weather, beach, your resort and the company. I spent the best part of a month in Cuba, including a week at Varadero: I encourage you to see and explore more of the country, including a variety of city/rural/beach environments. We had an all-inclusive hotel, which is common and it worked well. |
