Plenty of black ladies prefer white men as they have this idea that they're more considerate lovers focussed on pleasure, rather than merely ramming away like a hammer drill.
It's a stereotype obviously, but if the only black guys they've been with have done this and they're just unfortunate enough not to have been with the more considerate kind then that's where they get the idea from.
As a previous poster said too, some just find the contrast of skin sexy.
Likewise you will also get plenty of white women that only fancy white guys and plenty of black ladies that only fancy black guys. In my own personal opinion variety is a good thing.
