getting a more defined arse

Anyone out there give me any exercises to get a more rounded defined arse, is it just squats I need to be doing if so how many, I go to the gym 6 times per week but I could factor in some extra bum exercises at home , or is there some other exercise to achieve this ??

Squats and more squats, sumo squats, hack squats, curtsy squats are the best for bums I think. Also deadlifts, RDL’s to be specific.

But seriously, work out what you can do, what your weight limits are, and progressively push them with squats and deadlifts. (altering sets, reps, weights as required)

Yes I go 6 times a week , we all do the same exercises which are listed for us, sometimes males do different stuff to females .

Some good exercises variations here, I would also add barbell hip thrust for glute activation and help building a great butt. it's a fairly straightforward movement but Google it you're not sure, there's load of YouTube videos Mx

Squats will not lift your ass or make it bigger. You need to target your glutes. So hip raises, glute raise, donkey kicks. Preferably with weights.

Look up bootyking on Instagram. He’ll have you an ass in 6 weeks. He’s the bum god!
