getting a more defined arse

Anyone out there give me any exercises to get a more rounded defined arse, is it just squats I need to be doing if so how many, I go to the gym 6 times per week but I could factor in some extra bum exercises at home , or is there some other exercise to achieve this ?? |

Some good exercises variations here, I would also add barbell hip thrust for glute activation and help building a great butt. it's a fairly straightforward movement but Google it you're not sure, there's load of YouTube videos Mx |

Squats will not lift your ass or make it bigger. You need to target your glutes. So hip raises, glute raise, donkey kicks. Preferably with weights.
Look up bootyking on Instagram. He’ll have you an ass in 6 weeks. He’s the bum god!

And lift heavy. Hip thrust 30kg plus. Make your muscles grow. Force them to grow! |

Safest thing to do as you already go to the gym, is speak to a qualified instructor that knows you and your routine from there, then you'll get safe, knowledgeable and tailored advice |
