I love being 50! I’ve instantly gone from looking ok for someone in her 40’s to looking fucking amazing for someone in her 50’s!

Took me a few years to really enjoy being in my 40's, and I'm finding the same in my 50's.
Broken bone that wouldn't heal, sciatica, twisted joints from walking funny with the above. I hear the 50's are great--please tell me it gets better.

It's what you make it to be honest.
I'm 63 this year and for the most part I don't take my age into consideration but I do make a conscious effort to eat well, excercise for flexibility and bone strength and keep my roots covered up |
