"No but there is one on at Staly Bridge near Manchester that does a good pint. "
The bar / buffet on Stalybridge station is great.
They serve real ale and have regular live bands in the evening.
A nice stop-off if you get thirsty on a Liverpool to North-East trip.
Nice beers on a sunny summers evening or a toasted teacake and a hot vimto on a cold Sunday afternoon.
It's good for either !

I hear that Weatherspoons at Leeds City Station does a nice full English breakfast and a couple of pints from 08.00am. Not that I've tried it of course. |

Do you mean the rail ale pub crawl, we did it last year ,going from Dewsbury through to Marsden calling at meltham slaithwaite, huddersfield and somewhere else ,you can get a pint of real ale beside each station, and can hop on and off the local trains as you like . It was a great day out ,but it gets very busy on summer weekends |

There`s a lot of good pubs at preseved railway stations too. One at Bridgenorth on the Severn Valley Railway and there`s a good one the East Lancs Railway at Bolton Bury Street which always has several good real ales on pump. |
