Does anyone else find it cringey when someone says "I'm really good, I'm a really good ride...just ask 'insert name' they'll tell you"
Surely everyone's preferences are different and what works for one doesn't work for another. Plus if I got a message asking me to rate someone's performance it would put me off.
This just me or do you rate others? |

Umm, yes, that would be a red flag if it was said seriously. It's tacky at best. If you're that good, you shouldn't need to say it. And it puts them in an uncomfortable position: what if they didn't really think you were all that good?
On the other hand, I will say (if they are OK with our meeting being public) that I found someone delightful company and really enjoyed myself with them. That's how verifications work. It's a completely different dynamic the other way around. |

I’m not a great rider but I’m a bloody good ride so I’m told and I suck and blow like a dyson so everyone keeps saying. They also say don’t pass me by for some reason. Must be reason I’ve not had a ride in months They must be running by me |
