I not been shopping this week.

So using up food in cupboard.

So having chips fried eggs and peas.

I'm having curry too.

Chicken saag and plain naan with yoghurt.

None of it home made though - I work near a Waitrose and their Indian meals are on special.

They're amazing

Truthfully it's a pain in my chest. Was in hospital for hrs and no one knows why am in pain etc. Feeling like I been hit by a bus.

And have had so many blood tests and x-rays . But all I been told if still sore in a few weeks come back it's two weeks now

We're both feeling quite hungry. We ate a toasted muffin before we went for our swim then had some soup and fruit when we got back. It wasn't enough really

no just a pain around the left side below my nibble
