"If you had to sing something in public, what would you sing and which song/s do you actually know the words to all the way through?
"
I would rather stick needles in my eyes than sing in public! |

"I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
I have sung be my baby at karaoke also American pie however I don't know all the words. "
I know all the words to American Pie and have played and sung it a lot over the years. Learned it when I was 17 |

"The last songs I sang were a duet-You don't bring me flowers; Paint it Black and Brown eyes Blue.
"
I used to accompany an ex-girlfriend who sang Brown Eyes Blue |

"I have sung in public on a few occasions and I don't just mean karaoke.
C
Tell me more!"
I've sang on stage a few times over the last couple of years with a band and with just guitar accompaniment (I don't play guitar though) lead vocals and backing harmonies, quite a few different songs and styles

I did this recently. I was pleasantly d*unk and thought in a rough boozer that it’d be a good idea to sing what can only be described as a gay anthem. I absolutely smashed the fuck out of it

I've not sang in public for a while, after accidentally breaking my voice (long story), but I did like belting out Alice in Chain's "Man in the Box". Nowadays, it's probably more likely to be something shouty like Motörhead. |

I was told I sang it rather well too. I like a lot of Crystal Gayle's songs. |

There and to the left a bit |
I've only ever done karaoke d*unk and then you can't get me off the thing despite the fact I'm bloody awful and usually get the words wrong.
If I were asked to sing one though it'd probably have to be a Madness song as I know most of the words to most of their songs already. |

"Last time I did Karaoke was in holiday in 2017
I sang Dancing on my own, Calum Scott version.
I got a standing ovation. "
I’m not surprised!
I’d give you one too |

Have done many times and I like to do something different each time.
Used to go to Karaoke years ago and some of the people there would do the same song every single week. |

Snuff by Corey Taylor to sing.
I love my music so I know all the words |

A bit random but it would probably be 'You Belong To Me' (the old 50s tune covered by many). There's a cover of it by Bob Dylan that's in the film Natural Born Killers. I learnt it a long time ago on acoustic guitar and for some reason it's one I can always remember the words and chords to. |

Oh gosh ... probably Good Riddance by Green Day because it's nice and simple, though I know the words to many of their songs - people might get a bit bored if I did Jesus of Suburbia though! However, I'd actually need to be under pain of death before I sang in public |

Depending on my mood
I might do an Eagles track like Take It Easy or REM’s Losing My Religion, or if in a softer mood Billy Joel’s Just the WY You Are or She’s Always A Woman or perhaps James Taylor’s You Got a Friend or Simon & Garfunkel’s Kathy’s Song.
The truth is I have loads to choose from so it really would depend on mood and who was listening.
I need to update my repertoire too as there are some really good songs around that I could perform but haven’t got round to learning them yet |
