Have been on a diet for a couple of weeks now, but its getting to that time of the month. Im getting techy and silly things are starting to annoy me, I need chocolate and pizza ahhhhhhhh

I was supposed to go to Zumba but have a chest infection and am asthmatic, so trying to be extra good due to my lack of exercise....I do walk the dog a lot though!

low fat pizza. . use either wrap or pitta bread spread with tomatoe puree, use low fat cheese like weight watchers and what ever Veg you like, sprinkle with herbs and grill x

Stick to plain chocolate...Dont mean the dark stuff, just chocolate on its own with nothing...(though dark stuff is better for you) lol

Freddos are ideal for a quick fix

Its not about the calories, its the wafer/caramel etc that you dont want at this time of night!

Oh yes, and i've recently discovered a cold food fetish, jamaican patties, heated up allowed to cool..then pop em in the fridge for afew hrs..take em out, then let the gluttony commence!

To make pudding- one banana fromage frais and option of choice and a deluxe hi if bar.

Crumble hifi into bottom of dish, layer sliced banana on top. Mix fromage frais with sweetener in one bowl and add vanilla excact. Use some of mixture and mix in choc option. Layer the one on top of the other the refridgatrate
