When is a dad bod not a dad bod?
When he has a six pack 
But genuine question, if a dad is "gym fit", and therefore doesn't have a "dad bod", what is he?  Apart from having an existential crisis?

Dad bod is referring to the point of the way a man would stop trying to impress with a good body and let himself go once married and with kids. Goal reached, no need to try and attract anyone else. |

Indeed. Each one has been stretched to cover a wider of things.
Milf is now generally a term for just an older woman if they are too scared to say mature incase it offends. Also the assumption that the y have kids. |
