Well I deleted ma original one a couple of weeks before Xmas and have only just got round to composing a new one (the old one was getting a bit stale after almost 10 years).
Q 1. What do you think of mine?
Q 2. Do you change or update yours, and if so, how regularly?

It fits Ace 
I update mine every time I think of another suitable long word or get inspiration to be more self-deprecating. I also add nonsense too. It’s been based around the current one for a while but probably less than a year. |

I did chuckle at yours.
Yes mine has been adjusted, shortened, lengthened, reworded many times. I'm happy with it at the moment although it still needs a tweaking I'm thinking. |

I sometimes change mine, depends on who pissed me off etc. |

I like profiles that demonstrate a sense of humour. I like it
I tinker with mine as and when things occur to me... or when I receive a message referring to something I'll never be into and document the potential weirdness/bullshit so I don't receive such a message again.
It's getting on for war and peace territory but it has the desired effect.  |

But why would that make you change your profile text, surely it would be easier to block that person? |
