Amazingly I will answer without reference to surfboards etc.

Usually, no. It has a taste of course but in the heat of a sexual encounter it is not unpleasant at all. Ask me to drink some while I am waiting at the bus stop and that would probably be a different matter!

Urine can be toxic, however you have to keep drinking it and ... erm... recycling it, so from multiple sources it should be safe, unless they are drinking it too.
