Ah... I didn’t know that, but already planning a self-care day! Taking a day off the gym with no guilt and just going to potter at my chores for the day I think

Back into work, do my team leaders job for him again and not get the pay or the credit, probably message a few people on here without replies and overthink everything

Climbing a ladder and then getting warmer when still trying to work.
There’s enough to do today to take my mind off how depressing today can be.
