I'm currently watching Benidorm and there's a wife swapping couple on there in the main cast of characters (quite funny actually!).

Can anybody else think of examples of swinging/wife swapping, in shows where this isn't the main focus, just presented as fairly normal?

""Dogging!? DOGGING?!" Peter Kay in Carpool springs to mind "

I have a friend who purposely goes around referring to walking her dogs as dogging. She knows full well what it means, does it to get the reactions.

There and to the left a bit

Mick and Linda were invited to a couples house in Eastenders a year or so ago where they had a hot tub in the back garden and made it clear swapping was on the agenda - although turned out the wife was being coerced and Mick and Linda helped her leave the husband I think.

The Benidorm couple play to every swingers stereotype going though.

just slip it in to a conversation as you walk past a few people.

First time she did it, it was just like the first reaction of Peter Kay in Car share. Now it's just the greatest thing to watch people's reactions from a distance.

Oh I announced it whilst in the pub after our lunch last Tuesday ... we ended up talking to a couple, every single lady in the pub and the bar staff joining us! Nearly died from laughing so much!!

I like watching reactions. Never thought I would as I flit from being introverted to intimate to an exhibitionist dependant on mood. I've always liked people watching though. Got to experience "Normal people's" reactions to "Unashamed Confident Swingers" On a night out recently. Was great. People have so many different reactions.. desperate to pluck up the courage to utter shock and amazement.
