Ah I’ve been a fan since Clarity came out. It’s been a long love affair.
Sadly I only found out about the Manc gig after I bought my daughter Enter Shikari tickets. Jimmy and Frank Turner? For me this is heaven
Have a wonderful time! |

Love Jimmy Eat World! Found out too late they're playing Nottingham this month...sold out.
Saw them in Birmingham a couple of years ago. One of those bands that can pull it off on stage...oooer
Their last album 'Integrity Blues' is the best in a long time! |

"Ah, enjoy the gig. Would have quite liked to see them too. The World We Love from Futures is probably my favourite song of theirs."
Tune!
I was listening to Futures on vinyl while cleaning the house the other day. Been on a proper binge now i know im going to see them again.
Best gig of theirs i saw them in London for "An Evening With Jimmy Eat World." They played Clarity and Bleed American in full. Was one of the highlights of my life. |

"
Same, like that song but the rest of their stuff was just generic American high school "rock" that was common around 2000."
I disagree but to each their own.
Id recommend some of their more recent albums if you are looking for something more unique but i thonk even their earlier stuff and more radio friendly albums have a lot of merit to them. They are a lot more sincere than most bands of the time in my opinion |
