locating an old profile that's hidden

Ok guys I've message fab hoping they could help and heard nothing back .
I have some amazing photos on that I'd like back .
how do I get help with this ? |

You mean an old profile of yours that you hid, lost the password for, and now want the photos from?
I think you have two options.
1. Remember the password
2. Somehow convince admin that it was your profile

Nope that is the problem is an old one I can't remember the details. only thing I have is my real name is registered and I used my bank card to pay for membership which all has same details as this account
I have messaged fab with an email to reply a few wks back and still heard nothing |

Not convinced that the bank card will be any use - I may be wrong but I don't think admin get to see your card number.

Not going lie I don't even know what email it was it's been that long since I used it you know how it is when you meet a guy and get serious then forget about fab for a while .
I've been trying locate it for a year now .
do they close them after a while ? |

So far as I'm aware, no, they never close an inactive account. Can you not remember any old friends who might still have your old account on their friends list? Might give you a starting point at least... |

I did come across a guy and messaged him earlier he may not want to help as the social didn't go according to his liking (we wasn't compatible ) I'm going just see if he replies he may be able help |

If you can remember which photos are common to both profiles, you could've maybe done a Google reverse image search...
but that probably wont work if the other profile is hidden.
Doing a local search, the results are in order of most recent login, so you might need to click back through a LOT of pages, to find yourself.
(A friend had a similar problem but even though she did actually remember her username, we still couldnt find it, after years of non-use) |

Admin don't have anyones CC details as it goes through a third party.
Admin will help if the profile is still on the site, but sometimes you need some information of the profile itself |

With the scant details you have OP I think you're going to have a tough time locating it - if you know all the email addresses you've ever used maybe try logging into each of them and searching for anything Fab related.
Or you can use your email address rather than your username to log in here - so maybe try any you know you have used in the past and click the "Forgotten Your Password" link.
Unfortunately the search for local users suggestion someone made won't work if the profile was hidden as they don't appear in search results. |
