Hi is ther any personal trainers on here preferably female thats close to Halesowen i need to get fit but work night so would be day time early morning or late night on weekends |

Im shy round blocks im more confident round women but its not a necessity |

"Have you tried asking at the local gyms. They have lots of PT's and you don't necessarily need to go to that gym to use their services."
O i didnt know thay wasnt tiyed to a perticlar gym |
