I don't watch horrors, apart from the jump scenes which are largely telegraphed anyway, I don't get scared.
Dramas and Thrillers scare me more because people are much scarier than fantasy ghosts, demons and monsters.
When the action is taken in outer space in the sci-fi realm I find it a little tenser as I find it hard to accept we're the only intelligent life in the Universe. Bizarre I know when I've just slated the paranormal as being fantasy.
Alien - Scared the living daylights out of me aged 14. I had to turn it off at the cat scene. |

Yes! One of my faves was event horizon and the music was the best part. Borrowed the sound track from a friend and was listening to it walking through London at night. Didn't realise the music had stopped and suddenly a hellish scream came over the headset then the next tune came on... Made the underground an interesting experience |
