Hi all.
Just wondered if any one had given up on their news resolutions yet?
I am pleased to say my no carbs and running are still going strong. With good results.

"Have't started it yet...so no!
when you starting them "
Monday when I return to work. My daughter is getting married in August and I want to lose 6 stone by then. My son in law is a sport and fitness instructor and has designed an exercise programme for me.
I've also got pics of various mother of the bride outfits on the fridge, in my purse etc to keep me on tract.

2 serious points. Firstly if I'm reading that correctly you have cut out carbs and upped training - seriously that's not healthy, in fact it is erring towards dangerous. Secondly, crash dietting like that rarely results in longterm weightloss anyway. |

I am allowing myself small quantities of complex carbs but have cut out the bad stuff. The training is not that bad as I already play hockey and have a fair bit of fitness from last years training.
Thank you for the concern though. |
