When someone says I'm normal what do you think they mean?

"When someone says I'm normal what do you think they mean?"

That they think they are the social standard that everybody else should copy. Just means they are opinionated and probably not at all normal in other people's eyes.

Normal doesn't exist. It is merely a setting on the washing machine

Could mean not kinky

Just standard sex in bed

I'm. Not normal

It sounds like they were using normal to suggest that you're ordinary as opposed to exceptional in their opinion.

They don’t mean anything other than they’re not an oddball. It doesn’t mean they’re boring in my opinion.

And before anyone asks, yes I would describe myself as ‘normal’. Not odd, not weird, just an average sort of soul.

Define average though?

Most people use it to describe you as being their wavelength and would get on well with. Something which may be to another person totally psycotic.

Take it as a compliment even if it feels like the usual "you are nice" or "you are cute"

Same with us. I'd rather be classed as normal/boring than some of the drama fuelled souls on here.

Most of us are pretty normal. There are very few genuine individuals in this world, standing apart from the crowd marks you out, makes you different and human beings don't like that. Watch the forums for 48 hours, see how many genuine individuals there are, look around you next time you go shopping how many people are dressed in any way that really stands out?

Normal is safe and what nearly all of us are.

Some work very hard at being oddball and wacko, others just are and to them that's normal.

I think when someone says they’re normal, means they don’t have any unusual tastes or act from what society regards as general acceptable or historical behaviour.

I crossdress so as this is not regarded as behaviour that the majority of men partake in now or in the past means I’m not normal. However if in the future, fashions become very gender neutral, crossdressing could be seen as normal. Hope that makes sense

I call myself normal, when I read some of the drama filled threads on here I think fuck that, thank God that’s not how I deal with situations or people, just level headed and drama free, no boiled bunnies or stalkerish behaviours shown, I like normal, normal is good in my book

But most criminals always claim that they are innocents so I wouldn't believe them if I were you, they just want to fuck your ass.
