I just had to reboot the laptop and still had a word document open, it asked me if I wanted to save it and like a dipstick I said no, got to try and remember everything now and re do it  what flammin pain in the bum!  |

" depends on the size of document of course but don't you save anything bigger than a letter, every couple of minutes or so?

try recent documents,it might be there,on start all programs,at top recent documents,and same when you open word |

tried that - well K did cos of the language I was using but she couldn't find anything |
