For me winks are a complete waste of time. I never bother looking and I certainly don't send.

1: Yes, I have been chatting on here & on KIK to some surprising winks/messages from the threads.
2: It’s unlikely to progress further than online friendships as they’re mostly miles away & not handy to travel to. It doesn’t stop us from chatting long distance, share things in common, shoot the breeze together, or mean there can’t be a friendship of sorts.
So to conclude, the threads have had a positive impact & despite the distances I’ve found them worth posting on. |

I’ve had one or two messages that had potential but they dried up.

i do like to meet nice women who enjoy good company and being treated well.
it can take time to find the right ones and most have been complimentary about my behaviour and ability to make them feel good about themselves when with me.
this leads to friendships and some of them have enriched my life.
i look at it as in investment. and before you put your money in you need to be sure.

Most single men on Fab are timewasters or looking for an immediate free hooker in my view. I only meet at clubs now. Gone are the days when I invest hours and hours of idle chat for nothing to materialse but a let down |

Truly sorry to hear that... I’ll chat to anyone but won’t meet just anyone, I’d say 80/20 positive is my Fab experience and I’m nothing special at all...
I just have my own little “unknown to other users criteria” and once that’s all ticked by then the connection has been made.
