I don't like to consider myself a 'gamer' anymore. The term brings up the image of a mouth breathing misogynist. My one hobby is playing video games I suppose. Xbox.
I like to play older or indie games mostly. |

Pc gamer, PS4 gamer (for the crazy Japanese titles!), d&d dungeon master and regular board game group attender.
I mean if you’re going to nerd you might as well do it properly right?
Just to throw this in the pot, I think the best game of all time is “the last of us”. |

I must admit "The Last Of Us" is a special game, it was one of the main reasons I decided to buy a console after years of being dedicated to PC gaming. I also think Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best games ever made as well, hype aside it is amazing, so much detail, great storytelling and great soundtrack.
Other past games that hold a special place for me as personal "best evers" are Final Fantasy 7, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil 1 - 3, Operation Flashpoint, Medieval Total War 2, Far Cry (the first one, the rest are crap), Crysis 1, Call of Duty 1 and 2 (again the rest are crap), The Witcher 3, Skyrim and GTA 3 and 5. |

"You should go halves on kill team. Then can have fast games if that and cheap to build new teams "
Yeah we had thought about that, some of the scenery you get with it looks pretty decent too. The few games of it I’ve seen looked a a bit simple though. Lacked those epic moments you get in 40k proper. Do you find that’s the case? Does it play much differently?
Also I’d love to hear what this eldar army of yours is going to be. I’m struggling to work out the best troops choice. .

Kill team is great cause you have a small team with your own made back story so feels a more personal game |

Going to sit down with my son (Tyranids, Salamanders, 1000 sons, Gene stealers and more)
and design some scenery for the 3d printer. |

I'm not too into tabletop games, but I like board games a lot, and I do play a fair few video games lol.
I've got a decent PC rig, ps4 and a Switch. Mainly play RPGs to be honest, with the occasional action shooter thrown in aha |

Is that just because you can kinda name characters? The combat seemed a little flat in the beginner games I saw. Just kinda run at each other shooting. |

I was naughty (shocking eh?) and downloaded the game plus all the DLC from a streaming site. Fucking incredible with all the DLC. My Mongol Empire has taken over most of Asia and I've managed to sort out my awful succession laws so my sons don't murder me in my sleep |

Lol eldar list is more for fun than competition. As it’s to fight knight armies. Ork dread mobs etc. So it’s really a face off and clobbering.
Eldar list -
Craftworld Lyandan (basically slows down degrading profiles
HQ - Avatar of Khaine
Heavy support -
3 x war walkers with dual bright lance
2 x wraith lord with glaives / flames and 1 star cannon
Super heavy -
1 x wraith knight - sword and board / twin starcannons
1 x wraith knight - dual wraith canon - dual star cannons
1 x wraith knight - sunfire canon and shield
Pretty much get in shooting and charging. Be fun fighting my mates Ork mech only army
I have a knight only list to but everyone runs them. Never see eldar lists like this lol
My main competition list is my deathguard though

Shall have to have another look at kill team. If nothing else i imagine the games don’t run for ten hours like 40k does! Plus I already have enough models to try several different factions.
Oh Lordy that sounds pricey with all those wraithknights! I do love the wraithyness though, super smexy!
I tend to stick to Alatoic but do use iyanden for the super heavy.
I’ve just played my mates tau and got absolutely spanked. Only unit that performed above average were some shining spears. Super depressing. Think I’ll run back to my tyranids now the points have dropped! That said my rangers did manage to pop his ethereal on the first turn
Yeah I hear knights are little OP at the minute. And death guard, lord I hate your feel no pains. You should be ashamed . Do you manage to do well in competitions? |

A Creality Ender 3, it's about £160 - £170.
It's a Chinese copy of an open source printer.
Have a look at Thingiverse, there is over a million things to print.
So far I have printed a warhammer score board for my son, a couple of upgrades for the printer and a few other little test prices.
The hardest thing is finding time, if you want to start from scratch, you design something on cad, then send it to a slicer to conver it to g code.
Finally load the code onto an sd card then set the printer off.
Prints can take anything from an hour to days...
Hope that helps |

Xboxer , currently playing through red dead redemption, by far one of the best games to come out in 2018 ...
I'm surprised there's a few gamer girls on here, a gamer girlfriend would be my ideal girl... Getting sucked off while playing red dead would be a dream come true haha... Also fucking her while she's trying to play. X |

"That’s great, thanks for the info!
What sort of size scenery do you think you could make?
Does it cost a lot to run? I imagine it’s pretty power hungry "
In theory it can print a 255mm x 255mm x 255mm cube.
To be honest I haven't looked at power consumption.
The plastic filament is about £15 for a kilo, at the moment most prints are only using a couple of meters per print and a roll is about 330 meters. |

Pc/xbox360/ps4 mostly playing total war warhammer 2 at the moment and monster Hunter world but got the resident evil 2 remake pre ordered.
As for tabletop 30k/40k, currently working on my Squats using the militia list from the heresy books (abhuman helots & survivors of the dark age provenances if your curious), I've also got the eternal project of my pre heresy iron warriors grand company, I can get about 8k painted on the field.
Also working on Adeptus Titanicus, so far got two warlords, two Reavers, two Warhounds and 5 knights. And Epic40k too (using netepic rules). |

That would make for some pretty decent scenery! Could make a pretty good buildi with that.
Looking online it looks to be dirt cheap really! |
