Dibetes, high cholestral and high blood pressure. Thats it now theyve all gone. Had my final blood test this morning which will say i can stop completly diabetic and cholestral tablets as ive been being weened off them and i had my third perfect blood pressure reading with no medication. Yippeee |

Its really hard to explain how i feel, i started dieting for one reason and that was my health (obviously i cant do anything about my major illness) and ive achieved it, ive actually cured myself of all these things and it doesnt sink in how ive managed to completely change my body workings around, just simply by what i eat. You see it everywhere about healthy eating and lifestyle ect but it proves it does work and thats why i keep posting and will post and bore people to death cause if it just makes one other person realize that you can change your life around |

Although I congratulate you on your news, I would just like to say please do not delusion yourself in believing you have cured your diabetes, you have not, you have only got your blood sugar under control to the extent that you can stop taking medication for now, there is only one cure for diabetes and that is a pancreatic transplant and believe me on first hand experience that is the last resort, unless you have this op, once you are diabetic you are diabetic for life |

Thankyou for that, the nurse told me when i went for my last appointment that i am no longer classed as diabetic. I will ask her again next week though |

Yes, mainly healthy eating ive got to step up to the mark more with exercise. Im naturally lots more energetic but need to start being serious about it |
