Slow roast lamb in a red wine and redcurrant gravy served with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, sprouting broccoli and roast asparagus.
Or maybe spicy beef koftas with a cheese and chilli filling
Or a roast veg and chorizo soup.
Honey and mustard pork loin cooked in a cider gravy
Black pepper seared tuna steak served over a lamb's lettuce and rocket salad with pomegranate and lime.
Or maybe poached egg on toast
