Hi Ash. I'm so often awake until way past sunrise. I just can't seem to sleep well at night. I'm always worrying about various things, and i find it boring waiting to fall asleep so I end up using my phone.

A few friends of mine we had a fairly regular 3am club.

Us 4 insomniacs, some with alcohol problems, spousal problems and mental health problems.

One of us is now sadly no longer with us, two tried following her.

Please talk to someone if insomnia club becomes a regular place.

I found the night mode on the phone to cut the blue light helps at times. That and having someone to sing you a lullaby (just someone to chat too)

I found the night mode on the phone to cut the blue light helps at times. That and having someone to sing you a lullaby (just someone to chat too) "

I hadn't thought of using night mode. I feel a bit stupid now haha.

I don't think i should be singing a lullaby to anyone, but i wouldn't mind hsving one sung to me.

A few friends of mine we had a fairly regular 3am club.

Us 4 insomniacs, some with alcohol problems, spousal problems and mental health problems.

One of us is now sadly no longer with us, two tried following her.

Please talk to someone if insomnia club becomes a regular place.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I suffer with low mood if you get where I'm going and i know how hard it is to be in a dark place. I don't have a lot of support, so friends should never be taken for granted.

I can sleep, but it tends to be at the wrong time so I don't think my GP will do anything.

I been suggesting it to a few people recently with good results. I'd happy sing a lullaby to you. Firstly... You have to have a really good imagination, my singing voice isn't the best as well. Secondly have to imagine someone there singing to you and helping you to clear your mind of worry. Actually... Earphones and some relaxing music.

I've never slept very well and I always used to feel like I was the only one but then when I joined fab and found the forums I realised there's many of us out there.
