I do with trim and my fave cat Logan. Only one that will not under ant circumstances jump back over the fence to get into the kitchen.
He just waits for one of us to open the front door and strolls slowly through the house and waits patiently by the kitchen door in the living room to be let in. The other ones jump the fence to get into the kitchen (there's a cat flap) but this one is just too adorable to not make him go over the fence if he doesn't want too.

I didn't eat till half three Christmas day. One cat asleep on the settee next to me. One cat asleep on my chest.
