So in general when things don't go your way what do you do? Are you a sulker, do you get on with it ? Do you keep going for the sake of it ? Say for example you show up for a meet. You've already met and had planned on doing the deed but now the other person has decided they don't want too. What do you do? |

I just put the kettle on and have a lovely mug of tea generally.
In the example you’ve given it wouldn’t bother us at all as we never meet anyone and expect them to want sex with us, if it happens then great but we wouldn’t guarantee sex so why should they. |

A meet that I didn't have sex with even though the plans had been made. I may be slightly disappointed, however if the other person wasn't "feeling it" then that's ok. It happens.
Also, time can sometimes slip away from you if you're having a good old chin wag etc.
Other stuff, well, I try to explain why I feel the way I do and hope the other people understand.
Sometimes I blow up
Sometimes I cry
Sometimes I run and hide
All depends on the who, what, when, where, why.

I think I'm the kind of person that just gets on with things, I'll express disappointment or dismay but then rationalise it.
In the situation given I certainly would just accept the status quo and do something else, I would hate for someone to have sex out of duty, or because they said they would! Consent can be withdrawn at any point for any reason. |

Nobody owes me anything, if i arrange a meet and they are not interested im cool with a social or for them to just leave. Be a shame but i dont want to have sex with someone that doesnt want sex with me. If i am ignored wich happens lots. I just move on. They are not interested, its cool. |

In that instance be grateful they told me instead of just ghosting or blocking me...
In general, if someone irks me on here, I’ll express my disdain and move on to the next x |

I used to give my husband the silent treatment, or the one word replies (ok), if he was opposing something I wanted to do, or allow my kids to do.
After a while he would change his mind, but he only said no in the beginning to exert his power over us.

I assume a meet will always be a social so anything more is an unexpected bonus. It is all about expectation management.
From my various spells on and off fab, I know that nothing is to be taken for granted so I'm rarely disappointed! |
