A lot of guys 'appear' to like / enjoy wearing feminine attire and I have no wish to condemn this activity...although these garments look better on women....
My opinion, for what it is worth is that it isn't the garment that has the attraction, it is the texture and feel of said material against the skin that has the appeal...
