I'm highly contagious with the flu right now. Cough, cold, fever, banging headache, runny nose, blocked sinuses and generally feel like shit.
So what's most men's response when they message me for fun whilst I'm feeling this way and I tell them I'm out of action temporarily?

When I was having chemo I was told the 11th day after my white blood cells would be at their lowest and to be really careful around sick people as I’d pick up anything going. Luckily I managed to avoid it apart from once when they delayed my next treatment for a week. Amazing because it was winter and I work in a large open plan office with people coughing and spluttering all over the place Hopefully you’ll be OK too x |

Stay in and rest. Plenty fluid etc.
Don’t be silly and spread the flu.
Tell your meets you’ve got the flu and meet after 10 days or so.
