I don’t do carbs so I mix it with softened butter to make fat bombs and spread it on cheese or celery.

Or sweetened, rolled into balls and dipped in bitter chocolate. Divine.

Skipy is one of the worst culprits for additives. It’s full of fake fats and loads of sugar.

I'd rather something I like and have 1 or two tablespoons once or twice a month than rolling my food with butter to get nutrients in me. Each to their own of course.
