I don’t do carbs so I mix it with softened butter to make fat bombs and spread it on cheese or celery.
Or sweetened, rolled into balls and dipped in bitter chocolate. Divine. |

Skipy is one of the worst culprits for additives. It’s full of fake fats and loads of sugar."
I'd rather something I like and have 1 or two tablespoons once or twice a month than rolling my food with butter to get nutrients in me. Each to their own of course.
