Again I was lunch everyday I'm at work, some days like today I fancy having a naughty lunch.

Has anyone enjoyed having a social or naughty lunch and been late back to work for it? Lol

Lunch hour? What's one of those? Every single day when I try to take mine either my phone won't stop ringing or people keep coming to me with 'urgent' problems expecting me to drop everything to sort

Lunch hours still exist?

The Working Time Directive put paid to that in the NHS. All we get is a 20 min break after six hours work from a 12 hour shift. If we’re lucky.

20 mins is not acceptable for lunch in a 12 hour day.

We know that, the unions know that but the on the floor people who police that don’t give a fuck. We try to care for each other, if someone takes longer (often we got no breaks) then our colleagues suffer. It’s a contributing factor to the ruined NHS.
