Definentley a difference knowing how to wear them..
ive seen some literally 3 or 4 inches above the knee , dosent look great ..
They do need to be worn properly , high up the thigh ,not visible (unless bending over maybe)..
personally with suspenders looks more sexy than hold ups ..  |

Totally agree with the height of them
The only ones above the knee should be long socks - but that’s a different scenario and some of the ladies on here have some superb long socks pics
