Well after 30 weeks since my knee operation I go back to work 3/1/19, it’s been a long road an start on a phased return over 6-8 weeks.
I’m discharged from physio on 31/12/18 at 85% healed an recovery. So am super excited of life ahead an even had a fun session at the gym today full rehab physio routine
Thanks again for the help, support an chats over the time it won’t end yet lol still long time to go an road to travel |

Well done . I'm hoping to be back to work by March, following my nasty knee fracture in September, and 2 surgeries. Only just started some weight bearing |
