Are the forums becoming more judgemental?
There seems to be a set of regulars frequently starting threads saying what they don’t like on profiles. Why? |

"[Spelling mistakes removed by poster before he could be judged at 02/01/19 20:07:32]
"
Did poster remove post just to make joke?
Either way I snorted and got strange looks |

Perusal of the forum has resulted in many of those kinda looks for me... Facebook used to get the blame all the time (and I must admit that I actually did make a spelling blunder there and just made the most of it) |

Do you mean like my timewaster thread?
I didn't say I didn't like it though.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just find it interesting why people do things. |

Some people are mega judgemental. I’ve met a guy lately that has a huge percentage of people say no because he’s not the average tall dark and handsome. Height doesn’t bother me. Their loss he was epic in bed. I am picky but not judgemental. Huge difference. No ones perfect. It’s about personality and mutual attraction. |

Its not really their loss if he is not what they are looking for is it?
Having a preference isnt being judgemental |

Definitely not. I think you’re likely to be one of the least judgemental on here. |

I feel it’s their loss as he would be discounted based on his height straight away when he’s actually lovely. Some people just want it all. That’s what I mean.
Plus he’s an amazing person too. |

Bless em eh? So quick to point out the error of our ways. I don't know how I'd get by on fab without the waggling forum finger telling me what to have on my profile and how to behave. |

Ilm judging people just as much as always have. And despite the inevitable protestations so is every other poster here. Every judges, both positively and negatively, it's human nature and it beats me why it surprises people or people are so bothered about it |

Really? Thank you.
I usually phrase things in a judgey/ feisty way to get more interesting responses. I like having my opinion challenged and I can't do that if I ask a question in a 'middle of the road' way.
If I chuck an 'extreme' comment in, I'll get more extreme replies. |

I don't understand this either. Could be my incorrect perception of the word though. I don't think judging is a bad thing.
Even if someone is judgemental it doesn't really matter to me. They're entitled to their opinion. |

Judgemental people are negative without reason. It is possible to judge without being judgemental. |

I am sure he is.
But they are looking for something else.
And loss or not I still dont understand it as an example of being judgemental. |

But 'evaluating people based on their viewpoints, attitudes, preferences and choice of words' doesn't quite have the same ring to it as 'judging people'.
Even if they're both the same thing.

I think most if not all people are judgemenatal in general about something. It's not a new thing for the forums. We all judge in some way, some are just more vocal about it. I believe we are more open minded, but not so openminded that we accept everything as par of the course |
