I'm sorry to mislead anyone.

I used to be able to screenshot on here, (it was a useful safety back up, so someone knew who I was meeting) I now can't anymore. I get an error message.

If it's on a phone it usually..hold down the power and volume button at same time...other than that I don't know

Maybe check youre doing correctly. X

If you're accessing the site on an incognito tab on your browser you can't screenshot on some phones now.

I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. As with all Samsung's you hold the power on/off button and the home button (on the front bottom of your phone) together at the same time.

It's the power & volume down buttons

I've tried to screenshot things occasionaly & can't, other times it works fine
