It's definitely harder to look your best the older you get, but the older I get the less fucks I give about what other people might think of me.
Let it all hang out, warts n all! |

"Personally I don't think there's anything wrong with looking your age. We swim and exercise so that we remain as fit as possible for as long as possible. "

We've still got a load of sweets and chocolate left. It would be rude not to eat them just have to swim an extra length or two |

Mr is at the gym & the plan was I was going to join him with the kids & take us all for a swim, but instead I am laid up in bed feeling all dizzy & horrible. It’s a combo of those late sexy nights, too much wine and a bog standard cold getting the better of me. Another good night’s sleep & plenty of hydration & hopefully I will be back on track tomorrow x |

Not bothered about ageing started going grey at 25 (Marty)
But did start to think about middle aged spread etc last year and took up swimming, started on 12 lengths but now doing a mile twice a week and feel so much better for it. Going to the gym now as well although more to help with the swimming than anything else.
Feel better now than i have for years |

"Can't do a lot about your face ageing but I don't see getting older as a reason to let my body go, I've no intention of slipping into the "middle age spread is inevitable" myth. "
Metabolism slows. Not a myth. So what you could get away with up to 35, you can’t. And men to store it First on the tummy. Can be managed but I’d definitely harder |

But fat doesn't just materialise from nowhere, it still has to come from what you're putting in there and as a lot of people get lazy as they age and 'treat themselves' with bad food they aren't burning it off. One of my uncles is in his 60's and is a keen cyclist and fell walker, he doesn't have an inch of fat on him, I intend on being like that |

To be fair I think that younger people are doing that too. |

a quandary, could you change my mind? |
"No but I will be needing to wear swimmers in May in public so I do have my work cut out.
I wish there was a legal safe appetite suppressant!
There is, its called food "
Or you could Google all of those words people say don't Google on here. You won't want to eat after those. |
