Ok we are all mature adults and very responsible ones too!!

But wonder if any of you like to go swimming .... Or Cycling or Proper country walking? to keep healthy and fit.

Cause I certainly do!!

But when I mention it to other people ... They just slagg it off and say it's all for kids.

N walking is for old people.

I find that it pisses me off when people slagg off ur interests...

A world all of his own

I played competitive badminton at a pretty high level for approx 20 years until me knees gave out.

Took up swimming for about 4 years but sadly since moving I don't seem to have the bloody time

Nearly 37, still doing paintball, mountain biking, Go Ape, kayaking, coasteering, skydiving and all sorts of other adventure training with the reserves. I've no intention of stopping any of it until I physically can't do it anymore.

I never enjoyed sporty stuff as a child, so unlikely to start enjoying it now. Tbf, I have taken up yoga & really enjoy that. It’s great for stress relief as well as core strength.

I play football at a pretty high level & use the gym at my apartment quite a bit. When I’m not there I’ll use the facilities at work to play football, whether it’s a staff game or just practicing
