So, I just told my mum I'm a swinger.
Her reaction was "Nice one hun, enjoy yourself but be safe. I knew you were upto something lol".

Told some friends that I go to clubs and stuff. They all seem to be accepting and think it’s good for me. A couple of them would love to visit a club just to see what it’s like, but their hubbys would not understand/accept it. At least I can dispel some of the myths though. One friend has a brother who is into bdsm and is quite active on that scene. She’s pleased to be able to discuss this with me because I understand and don’t judge. |

People that “need” to know know. Don’t feel embarrassed or wrong. Brits are too stiff and need to lighten up.
Told my 18 yr old daughter recently. She knows that me and R go to parties and have “special “ friends.
She appreciated the honesty and knows that in turn she can tell me anything.

My mum has a rough idea. But would never talk to me about it. But my two male cousins found me on fab and their reaction was “wow little cuz is shining”

My mother knows. She said it's nice that I feel that we are close enough for me to tell her but she never wants to hear about it. Lol!!

My niece was talking about dogging and going to clubs with her boyfriend,so i said to try swingers clubs and she said "we are already on fab"
I told her i was too,she high fived me!!!lol
Then added me as a friend and he boyfriend seen all my friends pics,was quite mortified for all of 5mins,then shrugged it off!!

I used to be very careful about not revealing the details of my private life to anyone- quite easy as my parents passed away years ago. But after my recent accident, I decided to come out as a swinger to whoever reads my blog, including my boss and work colleagues. I just stopped caring any more, and found it very liberating to be out as a swinger. Also, it allows me to try and bust some of the stereotypes associated with swinging. |

swinging isnt a crime or illegal
we live in a modern world
most are very highly sexed as opposed to swingers anyway , some naturists , some voyeurs
sex and the excitement is actually healtheier and fitter than going to a smelly gym and a better workout.
my mum wouldnt careless if i told her but i dont feel the need ..
personally i dont think im a swinger , i just love sex , the female body and mind , the sexy lingerie they wear etc etc

What a great response from your mum. My mum is no longer here but I think she would have a similar outlook. I have very few family members left, if they found out so be it, but I wouldn't want my son to know or my work colleagues |

Most of my friends and family know, my daughter is my safe buddy...never had a bad reaction from anyone, most are just interested and ask questions. Never go into detail with them but I think a lot would like to try it but are too scared. |

I can only guess it must be an age thing again for me , but I wouldn’t dream of telling my parents I’m a swinger .
I don’t tell them when or how I choose to shag my wife either .

I come from a very religious family and we never talk about sex.....
I would never tell my mom about anything I do because she would probably drag me into church.....
I also wouldn’t tell any of my friends I like fucking married couples.... all of them are married and I don’t want them thinking I want to fuck their wives... |

Found out a few couples and single lady's are in the fab club too. one 6 doors away no b.s.
Smallish village aswell
The whole of the UK seems to be on it
Or most of it
And it's just truly an amazing scene

We are open and families and friends know. Was a worry when we first started and we had a few issues with an ex but no one is bothered what we do. And explaining it to them makes them realise it’s not the horrific thing it’s portrayed to be in the media . |

We're very close (She lives with me and my son) and she had a strong idea about it. I was buying lingerie, dresses, make up etc which wasn't like me lol so rather than get caught out I decided to be honest about it x |
