To be fair sugg's would give him a good run for his money. Luckily the madness songs are sung by the audience that saves him

I think it’s fair to say that the BBC won’t be hiring them again ... my ears are bleeding !

I remember seeing them in London in 1979 and they were a breath of fresh air .

Fast forward 40 years and the band can still get away with it , but Suggs ?

Bring back miming I say

I think they’ve lost their mojo- Suggs is too stuffed with Botox to open his mouth properly to sing.

Dunno who agrees or not vut I personally think a lot of the 'older' generation of pop stars have lost their voices...ok with auto tune etc on their own shows but live without it are not very good. Such as Marc Almond and Sugs not to mention Cliff Richard, Shirley Bassey, Englebert Humperdink etc etc. About the only older guy I know who can still belt it out and sound great is Tom Jones...one up for the valleys lol

I was never a fan of his. In my opinion you did the original 'Tainted Love' by Gloria Jones, no justice, but it did give an obscure Northern Soul record mass appeal.

With regards to his performance tonight, he did suffer from severe head injuries in a motorbike accident and he has never quite been the same since. There through the grace of God go I.

Marc Almond was actually very good in Manchester a few weeks ago in concert with Jules Holland .He's not quite got the sensational voice he had years ago but still very talented. I'm very surprised he messed up but he is not the only one. Robbie Williams was appalling when he performed on NYE by the Thames a few years back in my opinion .It was an embarrassment .
