A decent restaurant will not allow it if they are unlikely to fill the table. And can charge you for it still. |

Proper lazy evening
We fancied a chippy supper, but only £3 in cash between us
A cash machine would be a drive away, whereas the chip shop is a 90 second walk
That's too much trouble, so looks like a concoction based on whatever is lurking in the freezer  |

Really??thanks for that.
I'm just looking at it from a small pub/restaurant point of view.Fully booked turning others way weeks beforehand got extra staff in on extra pay but then someone just decides they can't be arsed.I think it is poor form. |

I agree with you but not going out and spreading lurgy is a good reason not to go out, or shall we infect others. As we are regulars at this place then I know they will understand. |
