New year's resolutions , Taffs tips

Hello dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Well shortly 2018 will be just a memory . Another year gone by . We all have made it through so that's a positive for a start.
Lots of us will be making resolutions this evening . Maybe a fitness regime or financial plans .
When setting resolutions or goals , always remeber ho your setting them for . They should be somthing you want to do , not changes for others.
So pooch and I have got our heads together and had a good chat and come up with some handy hints . Which you may or may not wish to think about . It's your choice  .
1 set achievable goals
2 don't beat yourself up if you slip, gently remind yourself that we all can slip
3 think will these goals really make you happy
4 keep your focus on the process not the goal , one day at a time guys
5 observe your habits and try to make a few changes ,th to avoid acting on impulse so just take a few seconds to think and breathe.
6 be kind to yourself and recognise we all make slips
7try not to judge yourself
8 be compassionate with yourself as you are with others
9 just take each moment as it comes
10 take more time to find time for yourself.
Have a simply wonderful 2019 chums and Remeber, you are made from stardust , formed on the very first moment the universe was born.
