itsall about breaking the habit and training the body clock
things like no phone in bed
no tv on in bedroom
no food after 6 pm so the digestive sysyem dosent keep you from dozing off
easy said than done but as i say , train the brain and body to sleep at 10pm and it will soon learn  |

Helicopters and emergency vehicles I don’t hear I’m used to those. The air ambulance and police helicopter are never far away. PRI is a trauma unit and we have the crown court |
