Usually if it's an ad on the TV it will say at the bottom in very small transparent letters (according to 100 people surveyed) |

I'll quite often fill them in if requested to as I appreciate their value from a customer service perspective.
Best one I had to do was an alcohol consumption one (where I had to keep a diary of what I'd d*unk over a two week period) that coincided with my birthday, a weekend away and a generally pretty active social period - totting up my consumption at the end of it actually made for scary reading!! |
