Evening fabbers!
So how do you guys go about distracting yourselves when things get to much?
Mine use to be reading, movies, or playing guitar but recently they ain't really doing much for me.
I do a lot of running which is a great distraction, but only while I'm doing it.
Thoughts? |

I go to the gym, strap up and do a few rounds on the bag.
Skipping is great too, it’s gives you some thing to concentrate on whilst you half give yourself a heart attack |

Walking, cleaning, dancing with a mop, reading, a drive in the car with some quality music to sing along too, hubby usually senses my mood and drags me out of it. Hope you find something that works. |

Distractions/relaxations are many.
I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week to run and do light weights. I have a keen interest in photography and we do watch basketball when the season is on. |

"Exactly same as above ... learn to mediate
Also things sometimes need to be dealt with instead of avoided "
I completely agree a with dealing with things. But I have dealt with it the best I can and now have nothing left to help it unfortunately. Just need time for it to clear out my head. |

"Some guided meditation maybe?
I've been thinking meditation or maybe yoga? "
Headspace is a good app, or there are loads of sessions on YouTube. Yoga sounds great too.
I think the arty suggestion is great too. It doesn't even need to be something that takes talent, colouring in or doodling are just as relaxing. |
