I dread this every year, pray everytime I purchase a gift it's the right size for a family member

But there's always one!!!

Now on hold to clarks customer service 25mins and counting..

First time ever this year. I bought my mum a jumper that actually fits!

So much variance in store sizes!

I measured her on my last visit, then took a tape measure when I sent shopping

Trim go to the store and get it changed, you haven't got anything to do other than chill for the day. I'd go for you but kinda nowhere near the shoes or a Clarks....

Park in Sainsbury's and walk over to town, it's easier.

Then you can come back and enjoy the wonders of fab
