Highlight was actually ending my marriage in January. Crazy huh? I’m pretty bloody happy as an singleton.
Lowlight has been 3 operations (well 3rd is Monday) in 4 months. Uff. Hopefully this will mean a much healthier and less stressful 2019. |

Highlight was England getting a Saturday afternoon kick off in the World Cup, and winning! And it was 80 odd degrees!
Low point was getting kicked out of the pub that evening. Wankers |

I should share.
January was shit, very poorly teen which resulted in a long op and a hospital stay. Follow ups with all the people until recently.
But I found a wonderful man and we spent our first Christmas together
He is just marvellous. |

Bad year all round. Not as bad a some (no one died, no major illnesses) but depression has bitten back hard. Not helped by finding that most of my real-world "friends" didn't really care if I exist and learning the reality of my awful reputation on Fab. That one I can hopefully rectify, the real-world friends thing... that I don't think is fixable. |

Anything is fixable lovely, and if you put out an olive branch that's not accepted perhaps they were never the people you needed to be around.
Interesting how you realise who your real friends are isn't it? |

It's great when it all turns out good.
1st year ever I can't think of a proper low point, all the low stuff hear pretty minor compared the ups. Main 2 being proving everyone wrong and making single working dad life work and then getting job satisfaction as well with more to do and more money for it, from a boss who show his appreciation for the work put in. |

It wasn't the best of years.
Worst bit was losing two very dear friends to cancer.
The good bits is as a family we are happy and healthy.
Hopefully next year will be a little kinder. |

i will start with the highs.
investing in friends project to build custom motorbikes and getting work from triumph and suzuki.
learning another language.
visiting sick children in hospital dressed as captain america and seeing their faces light up as they get toys, have pictures taken with the shield and see the black ducati diavel.
plenty of other things.
but now the lows.
james cowton. one of the most talented riders id had the pleasure to meet and talk too. just brilliant on the roads and track.
i cried my eyes out when i heard he had been killed at the southern 100 at only 26. just a great guy. he would have won the TT many times.
my health.
had a small op to prevent a recurrence of a tumor. so i have to make a few changes but i'm prepared to battle and see what happens.
still single. at my age. like wtf lol.
my mum keeps saying why dont you settle down instead of seeing your dirty floosies off the internet.
mums have a way with words dont they.
so im a disappointment to her and i feel that so thats a low for me. |

Became financially rock solid.
Island hopped around the Caribbean
Made an effort to spend more time with my family which had paid dividends in experiences together. Going away with them all again next year.
Downsides
Legs took a bashing and spent more nights in hospital than I did at home over summer.
I miss my Mother and wish I could see her more.
Brexit ok it’s been knocking around for a while.(it’s fucking me over in terms of being able to see my family as it will make going home an arse) |

Best year I've ever had, for new friendships, great fun & incredible experiences.
Has been complete shit for family health though - sick of friggin hospitals. |

I think this is my annus horribilis.
My sister and her cancer...
My son and his chronic illness..
Putting on weight....
Permanently retiring from netball...
Getting fatter...
Eating too much pork pie...
Smiling...

It wasn't really an olive branch situation. I concluded they didn't want me around and disengaged from them. They let me go without a word. If someone lets you disappear from their life like that, they didn't want you in it in the first place. |

Yearly highs:
I have not had to visit the twats in the HR department at work this year.
Got a pay rise which was nice.
Lewis Hamilton won the WDC.
Yearly Lows:
Still haven't won the lottery.
Only had 8 days off from work all year.
I'm still Single.
Fab has been shite to me
So overall, it's been a Meh! Kinda Year |

It’s been average for me Honey. Personally nothing stands out more than seeing my boys growing up to be happy, confident, inquisitive, fun wee guys. Professionally I finally decided that I don’t want to be doing what I’m doing and hope to change that very soon. Fab wise I’ve met and had great fun with some really lovely women, again more of the same please. |

Highlights- Meeting my FWB,
seeing my son develop his very first computer game. A
After 11 months of fucking him my fwb asking me to date him properly on Christmas day (causing a stir because he is 30, i'm 44,complete opposite and on paper it shouldn't work lol.
Finding me again, after losing Mum.
Finding another job more suited to my qualifications.
Lows
Being diagnosed with a heart condition, seeing a cardiologist soon for an echocardiogram as it could be a dodgy valve causing issues. If not then I'm stuck for life.
