Agreed it is cheeky that it costs more to ring through.
Nkt sure why others get it straight away. I tried it twice ages ago, and didn't get 1 response. |

only thing you can do is check the text was actually sent. sometimes over a network it doesnt go.
that has happened to me before.
is the number sent to right?
apart from that its contact admin.

I've sent it twice on the back of a previous text where I have received the pin back.
I've already contacted Admin. Not sure I'll hear anything though. |

Thankyou,it's a bit annoying. I don't want to pay double just because I'm ringing and I only want to pay a fiver and not £20 by card. |
