Ok I think I will be making my way to Costa. I've had a really nice range of festive coffees this year actually but I haven't tried any of hot chocolate. |

the answer to that is "alot"..... a large one is almost 450 calories... to put that in context a mcchicken sandwich is actually only about 350 calories (its the chips that kill you!!!)
which is why it is very much a treat in the chez fabs household.....  |

Wow I knew they would be high but not that bad. They do, do sugar free syrups but they're not that nice. |

A couple years ago, I might have had that every day. These days, I just can’t stomach it because now I’m hyper-aware of the mountain of sugar I would be shoving down my body. |
